What is Excellent Condition? The paint is in great condition and it
has a ceramic coating applied within the last 10 months by us or another shop.
If your car's exterior
does not have these things, we will require the vehicle to be detailed and a ceramic coating applied.
Once your car is detailed and ceramic coated, your car becomes a member and the Hand Wash Service is yours - by hand, with Adam's Polishes, every single time.

Our premium services are available by appointment. Every vehicle gets a designated time slot, 1 Hour minimum, and our full attention - no lines, no waiting your turn behind ten other cars.
The hand wash itself is now reserved for vehicles we've detailed and ceramic coated. It's not a standalone service anymore. It's the maintenance benefit that keeps the work we did, looking the way it did, the day you picked it up.

For the Car That’s Already Had the Best
WHY WE CHANGED IT
Short version: washing a car that really needs a full detail takes twice as long and we can't get it to our standard no matter how careful we are. So we stopped trying to do both at once.
Here's the longer version, because it's worth understanding.
When paint already has swirls and fine scratches in it, those marks aren't just cosmetic - they're tiny valleys in the clear coat that trap dirt, dust, and grit. You can't fully rinse that out. So when we wash the car, some of that trapped debris gets dragged across the surface no matter how clean our mitt is or how careful our two-bucket method is. On already-damaged paint, a hand wash doesn't just take longer - it fights us the whole way, and we're working around damage instead of protecting a finish.
It's worse if the car's been through a brushed automatic wash. Those systems reuse the same brushes and cloth strips on every car that came before yours, and they hold onto grit from all of them. Each pass lays down more uniform, circular scratching - especially across the hood, roof, and trunk. By the time that paint reaches us, the clear coat is already marred, and clear coat doesn't grow back. Once it's worn down, the only real fix is paint correction, not a wash.
A properly detailed and ceramic coated car is the opposite. The paint is corrected, the surface is smooth, and the coating gives us a hard, slick layer that releases dirt instead of trapping it. That car washes fast, washes safe, and stays right. That's the only car we can hand wash to the standard we put our name on.
So we're not gatekeeping for the sake of it. We're making sure that when we touch your paint, we're keeping it perfect - not chasing damage that was baked in somewhere else.
